The firm's lawyers have represented clients in a wide variety of administrative, admiralty, banking, bankruptcy, business, civil rights, class action, commercial, construction, constitutional law, defamation, employment, insurance company liquidation, intellectual property, probate, securities, and trust disputes.  They have represented clients in the U. S. Supreme Court, the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth and D. C. Circuit U. S. Courts of Appeals, the U. S. Court of Claims, and U. S. District Courts in different states.  They also have represented clients in many Ohio appellate and trial courts.   The firm's lawyers often assist clients' regular counsel by providing local counsel in cases in Columbus and elsewhere in Ohio.
